 Mobile Technician Software Validated for Motorola Enterprise Digital Assistants at Motorola's Solutions Center

 

Buffalo, NY, September 16, 2010 - SWRemote, today announced its Mobile Technician software successfully achieved Enterprise Mobility validation through completing Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Validated Solution Program that includes joint testing at the Motorola Solution Center located in Holtsville, New York. Mobile Technician provides field service solutions to companies that use SuccessWare21 to introduce efficiencies that can lead to more revenue generating opportunities and reduce administrative expenses by automating a variety of data-entry tasks that are traditionally manual and time-consuming. SWRemote's Mobile Technician was granted the Enterprise Mobility Validated™ Software logo, a designation which will help assure customers and partners of system interoperability between Motorola devices and SWRemote applications/solutions.

 
SWRemote's Mobile Technician provides a complete mobile framework for field technicians, enabling all of the functions they perform throughout their work process including: work order, account detail, and spare parts management, drive/work/idle/non-service-related time reporting, inventory tracking, and work order and invoice generation.

Working closely with engineering teams, Mobile Technician has been tested and co-validated on select products, including the MC55, MC75, and MC75A Enterprise Digital Assistants.
